Gymletics Ltd is proud of its products, and we believe in the quality of our goods. Therefore, we hope that you are delighted with your Gymletics products.
UNITED KINGDOM RETURNS
Ensure you have the correct order number and use the email address you originally placed your order with when returning your items through our portal.
Please note we do not offer free returns outside of the UK. Please follow the link below for International Orders to print your personalised label.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Items should be returned within 28 days from your delivery date. The garments must be unused and with all relevant tags still attached. Our Gymletics packaging is a part of the product and must be returned with the goods. This is to ensure that the product(s) arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
It is your duty to take reasonable care of the goods and you will be liable for any damage until the package is received into our warehouse. We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages returned to us by Royal Mail, Hermes, or any other delivery services.
Please make a note of your tracking number from the label before dispatching your item. You may need to provide this if your parcel is delayed/lost in transit.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are only able to accept returns for a refund or exchange on orders within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in new condition, and we ask that they be returned in their original, intact packaging (including for apparel and accessories). We are only able to accept returns for orders purchased directly from Gymletics.

Please note that expedited shipping costs on the original outbound order will not be refunded in the case of returns or exchanges.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY RETURN?
After you have submitted a return request and shipped the item(s) back to us, you will be able to check in on the progress of your return. You can do this either by using the link in your return confirmation email, by checking the ‘order history’ section of your Gymletics account, or by entering your tracking number and the email address used to place the order.
DO I RETURN AN ORDER THAT I PAID FOR WITH KLAN?
No problem. First, you will need to enter your order number and the email address used to place the order here, so that we can check if your return is eligible.
To return your order for a refund, you will also need to log into the Klarna app and start a return with them. When a refund is initiated on our end, Klarna will take care of your refund and let you know the specific details.
To return your order for an exchange, you will still need to submit a return request here. Exchanges on Klarna orders are handled in the same way as orders placed using other payment methods.
HOW WILL I BE PROVIDED A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL?
Return shipping labels are provided for eligible returns after a return request has been successfully submitted. To submit a return request, enter your email address used to place the order here.
If you have already set up your return and misplaced the provided label, you can always access your return shipping label directly from your return request. Re-enter the email address here and you’ll be able to access your unique return shipping label.
HOW CAN I RETURN A GIFT I RECEIVE FROM GYMLETICS?
If you were gifted Gymletics gear and need to return it, that’s okay. But, we can only accept gift returns if the order came from uk.gymletics.com. To process a gift return, we will need the original order number, your email address, and shipping address. Before starting a gift return, we recommend contacting our Delivery team via our Contact Us form so they can help you out. That way, we can be sure you’re always in control of your return.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
Faulty goods refer to manufacturing issues. Items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear are not considered to be defective.
To claim under your warranty, please get in touch with admin@gymletics.com. We will request a clear image of the fault and how the garment has been washed and dried. This will then result in the return of the garment.
Refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. The amount will be refunded in the currency used to make the original purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency rates, the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price initially paid.
Once we receive the return in our warehouse, we will begin processing the refund as soon as possible. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear in your account.

Please note that only one code is permitted at the time of purchase.
Discounts cannot be used with other special offers or promotions.
Refund Policy.
If you wish to return your products, please use our returns portal. Click the link below to process your shipping label, which will then instruct you on the next steps to progress with your return.
I WANT TO RETURN MY PRODUCT(S) FOR A REFUND.
First you will need to submit a return request by entering your order number and the email address used to place the order here.
If your items are eligible for return, we will refund the amount paid (including any tax), for the product once we receive and check in the return. We only accept returns within 30 days of purchase, and only for products that are in new condition in their original, intact packaging. Please note that any expedited shipping costs on the original order will not be refunded for returned or exchanged items. We cover the cost of shipping for eligible returned Gymletics products.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Your refund will be issued after our warehouse team has received your return and checked in and verified the items. This process can take up to 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed, and it will then take an additional 2-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account. We appreciate your patience while we work to process your return.
Exchange Policy.
All exchanges must comply with the Gymletics Ltd returns policy.
*Please note any gifts sent with your order must be returned with your order when sent back for a refund/exchange.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR EXCHANGING AN ORDER?
First you will need to submit a return request by entering your email address used to place the order here.
Please note that not all items are exchangeable – if yours is eligible, you will be able to select ‘exchange’. We allow for exchanges for a different size or colour of the same model as originally purchased. The new size and colour must be in stock to be able to proceed with the exchange.
We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label for the return once the exchange request has been completed. Once we receive the original product back at the warehouse and they are able to check it in, your new exchange item will be processed for shipment. When the exchange order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
CAN I EXCHNGE MY ORDER FOR DIFFERENT PRODUCT?
We can’t process exchanges for different models unfortunately – but we are happy to process exchanges for new sizes and colours of the same product.
If you’d like a different product, please submit a return request by entering your email address used to place the order here and return your original order for a refund. Then, simply place a new order for your preferred product.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN EXCHANGE?
We aren’t able to exchange any exchange orders at this time. Instead, you will need to return the exchange for a refund.

CAN I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE SIZE BEFORE RETURNING THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT?
To ensure a smooth return and exchange process for all of our customers, our warehouse needs to receive and verify all returns. Because of this, exchange orders will only be shipped after the original item has been returned to us. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To switch to a new item faster, we recommend returning orders for a refund and then placing a new order at your leisure.
