Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of uk.gymletics.com and the purchase of any Gymletics products. Plain English, no legal performance.
About these terms
These Terms & Conditions form a legal contract between you and Gymletics Limited when you use this website or buy from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you've read and accept these terms.
If anything here is unclear, email us at admin@gymletics.com before placing your order.
About us
Company number 11354280, registered in England and Wales
Who can buy from us
You must be at least 16 years old to place an order on this website. By ordering, you confirm you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
If you're ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
How a contract is formed
The steps from browsing to a binding contract:
- You add items to your basket and proceed to checkout
- You place your order and we take payment
- We send you an order confirmation email acknowledging your order
- We send you a dispatch confirmation email when your order has been packed and handed to the courier
The contract between us is formed at step 4, when we dispatch your order, not before. This means up to that point, we can decline or cancel an order without legal exposure, for any of the reasons listed in Section 5. If we cancel, we refund any payment in full.
The order confirmation email is acknowledgement that we received your order. It is not acceptance.
When we may decline or cancel an order
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for any of these reasons:
- The item is out of stock
- There has been a pricing or product description error on the site
- We suspect the order is fraudulent or has been placed by automated means
- We cannot verify the cardholder's identity or address
- The order breaches a published quantity limit
- We cannot deliver to your address (e.g. sanctioned destinations, PO boxes, freight forwarders)
- You have an unresolved dispute, chargeback, or breach of these terms from a previous order
If we cancel, we will email you and refund any payment in full to the original payment method.
Pricing and product information
All prices on the site are in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are added at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight.
We try to keep all product descriptions, photographs, prices, and stock levels accurate. Despite this, pricing or product errors do occasionally happen. If we identify a pricing error after you've placed an order, we will:
- Contact you to confirm whether you want to continue at the correct price
- If you don't respond within 7 days, treat the order as cancelled and refund in full
We are not obliged to fulfil an order at an incorrect price, even if you have received an order confirmation.
Product photography is as accurate as we can make it. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens. If a delivered item materially differs from how it was described, your statutory rights apply (see Section 10).
Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout. We accept:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal
- Klarna (subject to Klarna's own credit assessment and terms, see our Pay with Klarna page)
- Gymletics gift cards (digital only)
All payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant providers. We do not store or process your card details on our own servers.
If your payment fails or is reversed (e.g. chargeback), we may suspend any active order, restrict your account, or recover the amount through other legal means.
Delivery
Delivery details are set out in full on our Delivery & Shipping page, which forms part of these terms. In summary:
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you specified. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, the destination country's customs process, or events outside our reasonable control (see Section 13).
Your right to cancel (statutory cooling-off period)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right:
- Email admin@gymletics.com within 14 days of delivery, stating clearly that you wish to cancel
- Return the goods to us within 14 days of giving us your cancellation notice
- Goods must be returned unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging
We refund the price you paid for the goods, plus standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back. We are entitled to deduct from your refund any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature.
Our voluntary returns policy goes further than this statutory right. We give you 28 days from delivery to return for any reason.
Faulty, damaged, or wrong items
If your order is faulty, damaged on arrival, or doesn't match what you ordered:
- Email admin@gymletics.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph
- We will respond within 2 working days
- For confirmed faults, you may choose between a free replacement or a full refund (including delivery)
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything in these terms. In particular, goods supplied must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
Gift cards
Gymletics gift cards are digital only, delivered by email.
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Gift cards can only be used at uk.gymletics.com
- Gift cards can be combined with another payment method or one discount code at checkout
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced

Account responsibilities
If you create a Gymletics account, you are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity that takes place under your account
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
We may suspend or close an account if we have reasonable grounds to believe:
- The account has been used for fraud or another unlawful purpose
- The account has been used to abuse our staff, our courier partners, or other customers
- Payment for an order has failed, been reversed, or charged back without legitimate grounds
- The account holder has materially breached these terms
Where reasonable and safe to do so, we will give notice before suspension. We refund any prepaid amounts for orders we have not yet dispatched.
Events outside our control (force majeure)
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms where the failure or delay is caused by events outside our reasonable control. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, flood
- Pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies
- War, riots, terrorism, civil unrest
- Industrial action affecting our suppliers, couriers, or payment processors
- Internet, telecommunications, or hosting failures
- Acts of government or regulatory authorities
- Failure of utility services or transportation networks
In these circumstances, we will contact you as soon as practicable. If the delay is material, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law
Subject to that:
- Our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data
- We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to follow product care instructions, use of the product for purposes other than those intended, or modification of the product after delivery
This limitation reflects the consumer nature of our products and the prices at which we sell them. If you need additional protection, you should arrange appropriate insurance.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
Updated terms apply to orders placed after the update date. They do not retroactively change any contract already formed before the update.
If we make a material change, we will notify account holders by email.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in another country, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of your local consumer law. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
If part of these terms is unenforceable
If any part of these terms is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in full force. The invalid or unenforceable part will be treated as deleted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, preserving as far as possible the original intent.
