Ordering & Payment
You'll see an on-screen confirmation at checkout and receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If neither arrives, check your spam folder, then email admin@gymletics.com with your name and the email used at checkout.
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna. See our Pay with Klarna page for how Klarna works at Gymletics.
Orders cannot be amended once they've been processed. UK and Europe standard-shipping orders can be cancelled within 60 minutes of placing them via our live chatbot at the bottom-left of the site. Outside that window, email admin@gymletics.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help if the order hasn't shipped.
No. Only one discount code can be applied per order, and discount codes can't be combined with other offers or promotions.
Yes. Gymletics offers digital gift cards only, sent by email. Gift cards can be combined with another payment method or discount code at checkout. They are non-refundable.
Not currently. We don't run permanent sign-up incentives. Our Our Brand page explains why we keep pricing consistent year-round.
Sizing & Fit
Our current Women's range runs XS to XL. Our Size Guide has full body measurements in inches and centimetres.
Yes. Our leggings and shorts are designed to fit true to size with an athletic, supportive fit.
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down. Our four-way stretch fabric is designed to mould to the body, and sizing up tends to compromise compression. For full guidance, see our Size Guide.

The current range is high-rise across leggings and shorts. We don't currently offer a mid-rise option.
Our leggings are designed to provide confident coverage during training, including squats and floor work. We use a substantial four-way stretch fabric that holds its shape under load. If you have specific concerns about a colour, email us before ordering and we'll share what we know.

Fabric & Care
Every product in the range is 81% nylon and 19% Lycra elastane, with four-way stretch, supplied from mills that use recycled fibres. The same fabric is used across the entire current range.
- Wash: gentle cycle at 30°C, inside out
- Avoid: fabric softener, bleach, washing alongside denim, Velcro, or zips
- Dry: air dry only
- Do not: tumble dry, iron, or dry-clean
Specific care instructions are also on the label of each garment.
The fabric is designed to resist pilling under normal training conditions. High-friction areas may show some signs of wear over time with frequent use and washing. This is normal for performance fabric and not a fault.
Yes. The nylon-Lycra blend is designed for breathable comfort and moisture management during training.
With proper care and regular rotation, performance activewear typically lasts 1 to 2 years of frequent weekly use. Lifespan depends on training intensity, washing frequency, and care.
Delivery
Standard delivery is 2 to 3 working days. Next-day delivery is available when you order before 10am on a working day. Our dispatch cutoff is 2pm Monday to Friday. Full information is on our Delivery & Shipping page.
Yes, on orders over £150. Under that, shipping is calculated by parcel weight at checkout.
Yes, worldwide via DHL Express, except where UK government trade sanctions apply. Delivery times vary by destination: 1 to 3 working days for Europe, 2 to 4 for US and Canada, 3 to 6 for the rest of the world.
For international orders outside the UK, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT. These are set by the destination country, not by Gymletics. See our Delivery & Shipping page for full information.
You'll receive a tracking email with a link as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received it within 24 hours of ordering, check your spam folder and then email us. You can also use the "Track my order" option in our live chatbot at the bottom-left of the site.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 28 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition.
You have two options:
- Log into your Gymletics account, find the order, and select "Request a return"
- Email admin@gymletics.com with your order number

- UK orders over £150: free returns
- UK orders under £150: customer pays return postage
- International orders: customer pays return postage
We don't run a formal exchange process. If you want a different size or colour, place a new order and return the original. This is faster and ensures you secure the item before it sells out.
Email admin@gymletics.com with your order number, a photo of the fault, and a brief description. We'll respond within two working days. For confirmed faults within 30 days, you choose between a free replacement or a full refund.
We process refunds within 3 to 5 working days of your return arriving at our warehouse. Your bank may take a further few days to show the refund in your account. For Klarna orders, the refund is processed through Klarna — you'll see it reflected in your Klarna app.
About Gymletics
Gymletics is a small UK activewear brand, founded in 2018 by Gold-sun Mhizha, a former Coldstream Guards infantryman and Physical Training Instructor. Read the full story on our Founder's Note page.
We design our products in Staffordshire, UK, and manufacture them through a small group of partner factories in China. Our Modern Slavery Statement and Ethical Trading Policy cover our supplier base, audits, and standards in full.
We use recycled-fibre nylon and minimal paper packaging, work with audited Tier 1 suppliers, and publish our position openly. We don't currently claim organic cotton, closed-loop manufacturing, or carbon neutrality, and our Sustainability page is honest about exactly what we do and don't claim.
Not currently. We're a small brand still building our certification roadmap. As we add accreditations (B Corp, OEKO-TEX, or similar), we'll publish them transparently on our Sustainability page.
The £40 price point is deliberate, not where we landed by accident. Our Our Brand page explains the full reasoning.
Restock timing depends on production cycles. We don't currently operate a notify-when-back-in-stock feature, but you can email admin@gymletics.com about a specific item and we'll let you know what's planned.
