UNITED KINGDOM RETURNS
Ensure you have the correct order number and use the email address you originally placed your order with when returning your items through our portal.
Please note we do not offer free returns outside of the UK. Please follow the link below for International Orders to print your personalised label.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Items should be returned within 28 days from your delivery date. The garments must be unused and with all relevant tags still attached. Our Gymletics packaging is a part of the product and must be returned with the goods. This ensures that the product(s) arrive to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer, and a refund may be refused.
You must take reasonable care of the goods and be liable for any damage until the package arrives at our warehouse. We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages returned to us by Royal Mail, Hermes, or any other delivery services.
Please note the tracking number on the label before dispatching your item. You may need to provide this if your parcel is delayed or lost in transit.

EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to exchange your item, please include your request in your parcel's dispatch note. All exchanges must comply with the Gymletics Ltd returns policy.
*Please note any free gifts sent with your order must be returned with your order when sending back for a refund/exchange.
Shipping & Delivering
UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING
We deliver to any destination within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man. There is no surcharge for delivery to outlying areas.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship in EU and selective countries in the world please check to the list if we ship into your country To determine if we ship to your country, please refer to the list of eligible destinations, which includes the EU and other selective countries around the world.
All countries outside United Kingdom are subject to international charges and duties.
DELIVERY
We apologise for the delay in your order. We understand that waiting for your new gear can be frustrating. To address this, you can reach out to our Delivery team using the Contact Us form on our website.

Orders
HOW CAN I CONFIRM WHETHER MY ORDER WAS SUCCEFUL?
Once the order and payment process is complete, you will be taken to a confirmation page. This page will provide you with all the relevant information about your order. The information will also be send to your email.
WILL I RECEIVE UPDATES REGARDING MY ORDER'S STATUS?
After successfully placing your order and completing the payment process, an order confirmation email will be sent to you immediately. Furthermore, we will notify you via email once your order is shipped (usually within 1-5 business days, depending on the selected shipping speed). This email will include detailed tracking information applicable in most countries. To keep track of your order's progress, utilise our reliable Order Tracker.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
Please note that changes cannot be made once an order has been processed. However, if you have made an error or need to alter something, there is a 60-minute window for cancelling your order. After this timeframe, our warehouse will diligently process your order.
To initiate a cancellation request, please use our Gymletics Chatbot. Please note that cancelling orders through the Gymletics Chatbot only applies to the United Kingdom and Europe. Additionally, please be aware that only accessible, standard shipping orders are eligible for cancellation. Orders placed with expedited shipping are promptly processed to ensure timely delivery.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We offer Gymletics Digital Gift Cards in various designs and gift card amounts for the following countries: the United States, Canada, the Eurozone, and the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer physical gift cards. What is a Digital Gift Card? Can I customise the amount and currency of my Digital Gift Card? How and when do I receive my Digital Gift Card? WHAT IS GYMLETICS DIGITAL GIFTCARD?
A Digital Gift Card is a prepaid debit card for a specific amount. It can be redeemed on one or several purchases only on our webshop.
HOW AND WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MYGYMLETICS DIGITAL GIFT CARD?
Immediately after purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email along with a second email that contains your Digital Gift Card information. It can be printed out or forwarded as you wish. Digital Gift Cards are not sent by mail. If you have not received your Digital Gift Card Email, check all email folders, including spam.
WHERE CAN I REDEEM MY GYMLETICSDIGITAL GIFT CARD?
Our On Gymletics Digital Gift Cards can be redeemed exclusively on our website either as a single payment method or in combination with another payment method (which can include a second Digital Gift Card or a voucher code) during the last step of the checkout. Digital Gift Cards are not redeemable on any other online shops or physical dealers. Also, Digital Gift Cards can only be redeemed in the online shop of the country whose currency matches the currency on the card(s).
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER THAT WASPAID WITH A GYMLETICS DIGITAL CARD?
Digital Gift Card orders can be returned using the Return/Exchange form on our website. A new Digital Gift Card will be issued when the warehouse is able to check in and verify the returned product. Any additional payment will be refunded back to the original payment method at this time as well.
CAN I REQUEST A REFUND FOR MYGYMLETICS DIGITAL GIFT CARD PURCHASE?
Digital Gift Cards are a non-refundable items, which means that the Digital Gift Cards cannot be returned.
