How to measure

Use a soft tape measure. Stand naturally with your weight evenly distributed. Don't pull tight — the tape should sit flat against the body.

01

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, across the bust points. Keep the tape level and parallel to the floor.

02

Waist

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, typically where your body bends side to side. This sits above the belly button.

03

Hip

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, across the hip points. Stand with your feet together and keep the tape level.

04

Cross-check

If your measurements fall between two sizes, the waist measurement is the most reliable guide for leggings and shorts. The fabric stretches but holds shape — don't size up for comfort.

Fit notes

A few things worth knowing before you order.

Between sizes? Size down.

The four-way stretch fabric is designed to mould to the body. If you're on the boundary between two sizes, the smaller of the two will give the right athletic fit. Sizing up tends to compromise compression.

Compression vs. comfort

Our leggings sit at the firmer end of athletic compression — supportive through movement without restricting range. They soften slightly after the first wash and wear.

Same fit across products

Every product in the range uses the same fabric and the same size grading. An M in our shorts fits the same as an M in any of the leggings. Order with confidence across the range.

Recovery and longevity

The fabric recovers its shape after every wash and wear. As long as you follow the wash care (cold wash, no fabric softener, line dry), your kit will hold its fit for the long run.
