Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you bought. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Return Window

You have 28 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

You have two options:

Through your account

Log into your Gymletics account, find the order, and select "Request a return." Follow the steps to choose your items and reason for return.

By email

If you checked out as a guest or you'd rather just message us, email admin@gymletics.com with your order number and what you're returning. We'll reply with the next steps.

Either way, we'll send you the information you need to ship the parcel back.

UK Returns

Orders over £150 Return shipping is on us. We'll send you a prepaid label.
Orders under £150 Return shipping is paid by the customer. You can use any tracked service. We recommend keeping the tracking number until your refund has been processed.

We use a mix of Royal Mail and Evri for outbound and return shipping in the UK.

International Returns

We accept international returns within the same 28-day window. Return shipping and any customs charges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.

If your return is held by customs and returned to sender, we cannot process the refund. Please make sure you label the parcel as "returned goods" to avoid duty being charged to us.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us at admin@gymletics.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the fault
  • A brief description of what happened

We'll review and respond within two working days. For confirmed faults within 30 days of delivery, you choose between:

A free replacement in the same size and colour (or nearest equivalent if stock is limited)

A full refund including original shipping costs

We'll send you a free return label either way. We don't ask faulty items to be returned at the customer's expense.

Note: items damaged through normal wear and tear, washing in ways outside our care instructions, or accidental damage are not covered as faults.

Refunds

Once your return reaches our warehouse, we aim to process refunds within 3 to 5 working days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's done.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a further few days to appear in your account. For Klarna orders, the refund is processed through Klarna and you'll see it reflected in your Klarna account.

About Our Packaging

Your order arrives in Gymletics-branded packaging: paper and cardboard, no plastic. We ask that you keep the packaging together with the product if you think you might return it. The packaging isn't required to process a return, but it does help us inspect items quickly and reduces waste at our end.

Exchanges

We don't run a formal exchange process. If you want a different size or colour, place a new order and return the original. This is faster than waiting for an exchange, and it makes sure you secure the item you want before it sells out.

Discount Codes & Gift Cards

  • Only one discount code can be applied per order
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions
  • Gift cards are non-refundable
