Where your order goes, how it gets there, and what it costs.

UK Delivery

We ship across the UK using Royal Mail and Evri, selected per parcel. Both are tracked.

Standard 2 to 3 working days from dispatch
Next Day Available when ordered before 10am on a working day
Free Shipping On all orders over £150
Under £150 Postage calculated by parcel weight at checkout
Dispatch Cutoff 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm leave the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays go out the next working day.
Remote UK Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man all use the same timeframes and pricing as mainland UK.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide via DHL Express, with two exceptions:

  • Countries subject to UK government trade sanctions (blocked at checkout automatically)
  • Postcodes DHL doesn't service, which DHL will flag during shipping

Shipping cost is calculated by parcel weight at checkout. You see the exact amount before paying.

Mon to Thu Ordered before 3pm - dispatched the same working day
Friday DHL Express collections available for morning orders
Weekend / After Cutoff Dispatched the next working day
Europe 1 to 3 working days
US & Canada 2 to 4 working days
Rest of World 3 to 6 working days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

This is important. Please read before ordering from outside the UK.

The price you pay at checkout covers the product and shipping. It does not include customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT in the destination country. These charges are set by the receiving country's customs authority, not by us, and they are the customer's responsibility.

For most international orders, DHL will contact you when your parcel reaches the destination country and ask you to pay the duties and taxes before they deliver. There may also be a small handling fee from DHL.

If you refuse to pay these charges, the parcel is returned to us. In that case we'll refund the cost of the products but not the original shipping, and we cannot cover the return shipping cost.

We know this isn't ideal. We're a small UK brand, and shipping Delivered Duty Paid (where we cover everything upfront) isn't currently affordable at our scale. If you're ordering from the EU, we'd recommend checking your country's de minimis threshold and typical duty rates before placing your order so there are no surprises.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow the parcel to your door. If you don't see the email within 24 hours of placing your order, check your spam folder, then email us.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We dispatch quickly, so if you need to change or cancel an order, email admin@gymletics.com as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes once a parcel has shipped, but we'll do our best if it hasn't.

If a Delivery Fails

UK

If Royal Mail or Evri can't deliver, they'll typically leave a card and hold the parcel at the local depot for collection or arrange a redelivery. Follow the instructions on the card.

International

DHL will usually attempt redelivery and contact you to arrange a convenient time.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll get in touch to arrange a redelivery or refund.
